I had my 1101 (n/a version) box open a while back. The small PCB that holds the connector says "Supra copyright 2001". I'll have to go over the pinouts for the two models, but I think they're the same. I don't know what the difference between them is.
Oliver, the AEM is a cool unit, but it's not something you just plug in and go to the road course with. It's not going to run like a stock ECU until you take it to a professional to tune it. Not trying to discourage you. Infact, I've really enjoyed learning about EFI and working with the AEM, but it's been a lot of work and I've still got a long way to go. You can easily do the installation but plan about $600 to get it tuned. Find someone who tunes with a DynoDynamics or Dynapack since those will allow tuning steady state and not just WOT. A shop that invests in one of those will generally be a good choice.
As Chuck said

, you won't need any resisters and such with a stand alone ecu because you're not fooling it like you are with the stock ecu. You select what sensors you have in the software and the ecu works with that sensor....no piggybacks to intercept and modify and spit back out to the ecu!
I've been running the AEM with my stock GE-T engine for four months now. Only exception is a GM 3BAR maps sensor and a GM air temp sensor.... that's all you need to ditch the maf! If you need any help post up and I'll offer any assistance I can.
